Gourmet S’Mores Ingredients:
- Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- Dark Chocolate Bars (freeze the night before)
- Kabob Skewers or Bamboo Sticks
- Heating Source Fire Pit, BBQ pit or other heating source for guests to prepare their smores
Arrange the above ingredients on a table near the heating source. To prevent the chocolate from melting, freeze the chocolate the night before and set out only during the dessert service. We like to prepare a few skewers ahead of time with marshmellows on skewers placed next to the other ingredients. A few completed S’Mores positioned next to the ingredients will entice your guests to try their hand.
